My Art always goes back to my roots and my early childhood sketches. I always find myself drawn towards textures occurring in nature, depth, and a touch of reflection. All of my artwork contain one or more of these elements.

Biography:

Katherine Phelps was born an Artist and a Creative Innovator ” I first started painting and sketching with my Mother when I was about 5 years old.” I had always loved to express myself through my Art and Design. ”
” I am always inspired by nature. My Art is a combination of my love for texture, classic and modern proportions, and deep rich hues.”
Katherine grew up in a very close and supportive family. “My family comes from a long line of talented Artists, Musicians, and Innovators.”
Katherine has a BFA in Interior Architecture & Design. She has been featured in over 20 magazine publications. Katherine has also been featured as one of the Bay Area’s Top Designers by Gentry Magazine & Dwell Magazine.
